Can we please get a sticky of who can outscore who that is updated regularly so I can make sure I'm fawning over the unwarranted self-importance of the right attention wh0re?

I couldn't agree more!!!! There should also be a secondary sticky of people trying to enter the PRIMARY sticky, so we're sure no-one obtains the demi-god status out of luck. BECAUSE VIDEO GAMES ARE SERIOUS BUSINESS DAMMIT!!!!!

(And yes, i typed these caps holding down Shift, so you KNOW I'm serious)

I don't remember if I've ever played with Ashen (I think I may have months ago, before I maxed any of my rares), but even so, he doesn't come off as a bad guy on BSN, so I'm wondering why there's so much vitriol on this thread.

I'm also wondering why people worry about score so much. If score is so important, shouldn't everyone be playing the same 5 or 6 kits (the best DPS classes), and fighting amongst themselves? I get that there aren't many good measuring sticks for skill in this game (given that soloing a map can be as much about the right equipment and time on your hands as pure skill, and that challenge points can be amassed just from playing), so why don't people focus on being the best version of their playstyle they can be?

Taking myself as an example, when playing a Volus Adept i make it a point to freeze (Stasis bubble) targets for teammates, and I try to spam shield boost whenever someone is hit by enemies. With my Drell Assassin, the object is as many explosions and debuffs to the enemies as possible, with a healthy (read as: at least 10, usually 15) dose of revives. If I top the scoreboard, awesome, but I'm more interested in feeling like I'm gelling with the team.

There are clearly great players in this game; what I don't get is why people aren't happy to play with/be these people.

And here I was hoping for someone using the disciple to outscore Ashen Earth.

Some what what I was thinking. That someone used the Disciple on Platnium to out score people who snubbed him.

A lot of people have a tendency to non stop show off and brag constantly, which is arrogant and just annoying, like we need to see every damn solo they ever did or listen to them how to build classes they way THEY play. I am not saying the advice they offer is wrong, but there are many other ways to set up many classes and one should try things their own way and not treat these elitists like gods. When they nothing more then people in need of non stop attention that they never got from mommmy and daddy as children. also just the general attitude most them have like they are the only ones ot ever report bugs or play a map a certain way. there is just so much more its not worth saying.

Umm hello.... winners.

We should have a "BSN Elitest Douchebag of the Week" crowned every week though. Without a proper ruler, BSN would devolve into chaos.

Most of those people started out making videos to help people with the game but got a lot of BS thrown their way so they decided to embrace the hate and give some people's panties a proper twist.

I like this human! He understands!

It's more about filling your character's role more than anything. The scoreboard more often than not forces players out of their roles because they're trying to play catch up with score, thinking that not coming 1st is shameful for some reason....

Score looks roughly the same too me plus not very hard to rocket spawns more. That tiny diff could be from u not helping objectives. This game has a bad score system in that regard. It rewards selfish ppl not helping hacks escourt etc

Objectives, what are those???

They're slightly more tasty than fools but less satisfying than the tears of BSN whiners.

Bumping for more butt hurt and elitest douchebag comments.

Far from jelly pal...and no its not a douchebag move to show someone a setup..Can you not read, obviously not. Cuz If I am CLEARLY saying the advice being offered is not wrong, hows that douchey? The point I am making is who cares who outscored who in a game, learn your play your own way, and seriously the showing off on these forums of ohh look what I can do I can solo plat with any character is just annoying as hell, I solod plat and ya know I didn't need no validation or video posting  showing off that I did it. Its pathetic,
