Keep tunnels?

Where is this in Soldier's keep?  I didnt run into any tunnels in my run thru the keep.  Nothing I can find outside of it.  Thanks

I don't think it exists..



I think it is just explanation of how you travelled there. And why the Keep has been so hidden and isolated.
