this is what actually causes annihilation field. its wears out over time so you have to re-apply.

The Asari everything, N7 Demolisher, N7 Fury, those are my favorites. Of course a Vorcha Female character would probably be my favorite if one existed.

Well, this thread is not nearly as terrible as I thought it would be. It got a little dumb down there with the whole "asari aren't women" part, but overall I must say, I'm surprised.

My pick would be the Quarian Engineer, I suppose. She is kind of a dark horse among the dark horses (the engineers). She was overlooked for very long, and a lot of people still think she is a poor kit, but it takes skill to make her work and I like that in a character.

The Asari Vanguard would be a close one, though, since she's the closest we'll probably get to an Asari Soldier. Damn you, Bioware, for pigeonholing them so much into the "being sexy" role.

Probably the Shadow. Talon X and spec'd for weapon damage on her passive tree for bosses, and Shadow Strike for err'thing else.

 considering she is usually in melee range after shadow striking I tend to use the reegar myself, which is also good for quickly stripping shields. On most bosses you can heavy melee them when they are distracted for a good chunk of damage.

 She is my favorite female character for one reason only, strong melee beheadings. Feels like the highlander or something, nothing is more satisfying than watching a phantoms head just roll.

The Fury is my favourite female kit, although I recently discovered how awesome the Shadow could be, decapitating humanoid enemies.
