Do you think Garrus would be mad if he found out chickens were birds? And that humans ate them? I mean, it'd kind of be like a human finding out that Volus ate apes or something.

Hair is massively underrepresented in the Mass Effect universe, biower pls.


That raises an interesting point, though. Why are humans the only species with excessive hair only on their heads?
Vorcha seem to have fur, but humans are the only ones with hair mostly on their heads. What gives?

Because humans are most closely related to monkeys. From the looks of it, Quarians and Turians evolved from bird-like creatures and Krogan evolved from reptiles. Salarians from insects I guess? None of these have hair. 

This explanation hinges of course on you not being a fat evolution-denying American.
