Hi, i am wondering how to make a headmorph file? Is there a character creator external to the game? Thanks for help!

You need the gibbed save editor to make a head-morph file... or at least that's how I get it. There are different ones fore Mass Effect 1 and 2, as well as PC and Xbox.
For a Pc save, you need to extract your save from the ME save file and open it in the PC version of gibbed. Go to the Appearance sections and you will see the headmorph tab. Under it are the options to import and export you headmorph. Press export and name the file. The file should automatically save to your desktop unless you chose another file to place it in.
For xbox, you will need to move your save to a usb, then extract it with Modio or Horizon (I recommend Horizon) onto your computer. When you have the save, open the xbox version of gibbed, open the save, and then go to the Appearance section. Under the Headmorph tab, you will have the option to import or export your headmorph. Press export and give the file a name. The file should save to your desktop unless you chose another file to save it in.
Like I said, this is how I know how to do it. I am unsure if their is any other way. Hope this helped somewhat.
