I have had an issue just recently I purchased $40.00 worth of bioware points, they showed up on my account and so I went to spend them in the bioware store. When I was done I went to upgrade my characters, none of my purchases showed up on my characters. I sent an e-mail to EA/ORIGINS about the issue but have not heard back from them.
You will hear back, but you will never get anywhere. I purchased 1600 points in June 2012, only got 2 packs, rest were fails when store was s***e! I'm still waiting for a refund....or goodwill gesture of some free packs. But this is EA we are talking about. At least the store (fingers crossed seems to work now).
And to the OP, many thanks to your generosity - keep up the good work. I did see a post the other day though with someone's account and it showed $1100 in it. I hope EA are paying him !

Got 0 Ultra Rares. Some packs I bought were JEPs since I needed more equipment. But I make good money and helped fund for more multiplayer content so IDGAF.
......Can we have Protheans now Bioware?

Wasn't really worth it, I got a Harrier I though and it was "free". Not like you can buy anything worthwhile at BestBuy anyway =P

I spent 250 euros only in JEP. Damn dollar-euro conversion.
LOL
On topic: I'm aware of the need of helping Bioware maintain and improve the MP, but one good reason I've never paid for packs is precisely this. 0 UR's? After spending about some 15 or 20 million in-game credits on PSP's and getting but Cryo Rounds and Adrenaline Modules 95% of the times I came to the conclusion that paying real money (3 dollars each! Snap!) for them can't possibly be good for my wallet neither for my weapons/characters collection. Not if I'm aiming at rare Kits and UR guns.

Thanks for helping fund future DLC, I'm sure everyone will appreciate it when they are enjoying the up and coming dinosaur DLC when biower release it.
But will there be Kakliosaurs? My Krogan need a noble steed to ride into battle. And to devour their opponents.

Well America has seen a sharp decline in its economy within the last day, so the worth of the US dollar has shrinked immensely. So 37 million is accurate.
