A NPC which would allow you to listen to the game's soundtracks. No, i'm asking for Skyrim's bards, simply a musician which would play the themes(no songs) for you. 

Could be available wherever you feel he/she is better suited to be.

Well... I wouldn't like one to be honest. Why?
Because that moment in DAO when Leliana started singing made the whole thing special and unexpected.

For the moment I approve the basic formula: have an NPC sing a particular track that can afterwards be found on the OST CD we later (or beforehand) buy for our pleasure. Or use YouTube Converter... whatever you fancy.
