delete characters that didn't load correctly or that you no long have or playing. You will then be able to upload you new characters without a problem this worked for me.
I can't seem to find confirmation of this, but if I delete a character with incomplete information, then play that character again, does it effectively re-upload him or will he just stop syncing with my profile entirely?

As you probably are aware of, this website has the following limitations for characters: max. 100 files and max. 350 Mb. If either of those limitations is reached you will experience problems with the uploading of character data to this website from the DA:O game.
This is a possible solution:
1.) First delete all characters on this website via "manage characters", this should clean up all file size and file number limitations for you characters on this website.
2.) Then load the latest saved game in the DA:O game from your preferred character while connected in-game to the EA-server.
3.) Then in the DA:O game completely unequip your preferred character and save the game again in a new slot in the DA:O game while connected in-game to the EA-server.
4.) Then load that last saved game in the DA:O game and equip your preferred character as desired and save that character again in the DA:O game in a new slot while connected to the EA-server.
Your preferred character should then show up properly on this website - within a certain amount of time - and remain so until the website character limitations are reached again.
Hope this helps.

According to the FAQ one needs to do this because the website upload is triggered by a complete change in character equipment, hence the fully unequipping, saving and then re-equipping and saving suggestion.

@ Widar Thule: Thas the way it should work. It fails right with step 1. I am not able to delete the complete data. Some files still remains on the servers. So step 2,3,4,5 are obsolete due to this. Once a character wastn uploaded correctly, I dont see any chance to reupload it completey. Maybe it works if you are allowed to erase ALL of the char files manually. For me it is broken and it remain so. Im tired of testing around. Theres something wrong. I had a poll about this earlier. Only 33 out of 100 were able to use the function completely (char upload).
I know what you mean, I have four characters with five files that - although deleted - still show up in the character diagnostics on the website. I started a thread about this.

Thanks for the info but this sounds like more work than it's worth. If Bioware wants to offer this feature to it's customers it shouldn't make them jump through hoops to make it work.Widar Thule wrote...

There were possibly some more screenshots which you have deleted already. The different count indicates that the EA storage server still tracks those. Otherwise the diagnostics looks clean; frankly, i wouldn't be bothered about this inconsistency if i were you.Calin Pandurescu wrote...
