i'm used to the lag and frame rate issues, if they would just fix the freezing with collectors thing...

Cheers dude, your vids seem to play ok though. I thought all platforms suffered the mindnumbing loading delays, the lag spikes, the collector freezes etc etc....lol, only kidding, the PS3 is a nightmare sometimes but I love it all the same. In all my many years gaming, I've never once owned an Xbox tho so can't compare. Prob for the best by the sounds of it.....

Xbox has some but not like this. The RNG store on the xbox used to be so fast also. When the new packs came out it then turned into a slow delay.

I do send invites out but my buddy list is maxed out already on the PS3 that I dont know who is who half the time except for the few I have actually gotten games in. I hope to be able to get a game in with you soon as well. I need more Platinum matches for the creds.

On my end, I'd love to do UUPs eventually once I'm comfortable with the right kits, but there's no way I'm randoming into a platinum collectors and losing an ammo 4, amp 3 and cycmod 3-4 because my PS3 freezes. It would make me break my controller(which already has a crack in it).

The last DLC re-introduced packet loss. You have to restart every 3 or 4 games. Bioware never addressed it.

US Central time is about GMT-6, isn't it? In which case, about 9:30-13:30 your time.

So some of you know I started a series on my youtube channel called the Noob Guides: From Zero to Twenty where I started a new manifest on the PS3. So I have been playing Gold and Platinum on the PS3 and I have to tell you....It is laggy as all hell. Its not the network its really mostly the video lag.

I had to change my video output settings on the PS3 to only output up to 720p and I still get video lag. Its crazy. So I have had to get really used to it and deal with the frame rate issues that are really bad. So in all honesty in playing on the PC version which is fine actually, the xbox which his really decent the PS3 version is a rough play.  

So i just wanted to give you PS3 Players a shoutout as in all honesty...geez. The fact that you guys are handling Platinum and Gold with all the frame rate issues, mostly no one using mics, and everytime we get Collectors the PS3 freezes...you guys rock. For making it work on all that I have to give you props.... I Salute you comrades....I seriously have to.

they should put an asterix by anyone on the platinum solo hall of fame that has done it on the PS3

To change that output thing I go to Display settings - Video output setting, right?
I have mine on 1080p HDMI. And I haven't experienced any lag on Gold, only that slight pause/hang in between waves.
I haven't played on platinum yet, only a solo try where I died in wave 1.

The Collectors freezes on Gold though.
Fix that Bioware. Got to be something that could be done with it, since every other factions works just fine. And it's not like they're less graphical and such.

Yeah, collectors on gold are the worst....... hate that lock-up. Had it happen on silver for a bit too but that's stopped now!!
