Perhaps this might entice some more longevity in ME3 and give players a little more to work for rather than just maxing out a bunch of stuff in MP. I'm not saying that any more focus should really be drawn to the campaign with this suggestion, but we're almost all here because we enjoyed some part of the trilogy's storyline. Personally, I'd like a banner or two to show how I got there.
Why not have some Paragon and Renegade banners? Male Shepard and FemShep banners? Romance banners from each of the three games? Banners related to achievements from the franchise? A new banner, like "Best of the Best", but not necessarily insinuating skill so much as dedication: "Legend", which would require all achievements from all three games (non-platform specific) plus all MP Gold challenges? For some, my friends, that is the long road ahead, whilst it would reward those whom have already completed this incredibly time-consuming undertaking.
The idea would be that one wouldn't simply be able to don an Ashley Romance banner, for instance, without having a game save that has said romance achieved. There is already information sent from the multiplayer to the campaign; would this not also be simple to code vice-versa, as our achievements are tied to our manifests already? I know there are some holes in this: for example, PC players have the ability to create a game save with third-party programming, therefore they could create game saves with all of the available romances completed, and prior to earning each achievement so that they could attain these more readily (though this latter point I feel is moot considering that it's still some work to earn achievements). However, I feel like this would be a perfect reward for players who have been faithful throughout the series, and could inspire players of all experiences with Mass Effect to enjoy some, or all, of the series and its DLC.
