The item in game doesnt show any properties, so i had a look in the Toolset under the
ITEM_PROPERTIES, ITEM_PROPERTY_POWER and  ITEM_PROPERTY_EFFECTID tabs
and it has none.  Am i missing something?  Is the memory band bugged?


I checked itemprps.xls, there is nothing called xp gain listed.  There is codex xp gain though.
