We know that... And if the dlc is called Reckoning then we also have the reason why this weapon hasn't been released yet (A weapon that is inspired from a game called reckoning being present in a dlc with the same name seems like a marketing move) despite being on the files since Retaliation.Vastard wrote...
Ok for the Chakram but the name of Reckoning DLC was suggested also by OTS.
But a weapon that has been called "Reckoning" since it's launch almost a year ago is not a sign that this dlc exist (I'm not sayin this dlc doesn't exist, but this doesn't confirm it's real).
Please, edit that part of your thread, because is not true, it can cause confusion and for a strange reason, it makes me feel that you are putting words on my mouth.

Being realistic I don't see Bioware being able to invest in massive amounts of new models, animations etc so they need to make inventive use of what they have.
Love the idea of Dominate in MP! (Should be combined with Sabotage).
Dying for Turian Female characters (so long as they get some new powers as well).
Can't understand why we only ever got two Salarians (even if they can be irritating at times).
It would be nice to get some of these single player only weapons into MP.
It would also be nice to get some more hazard maps. New full maps would be great but I suspect too much work, unless they can recycle some things from earlier single player missions - Haestrom, Geth Station, dark caves stuff like that. Another thing they could do with characters is Mechs using the LOKI model. They already have most of what they need just deciding on powers. Heres hoping!

They already stated that Dominate might be op because 3 out of 4 enemy factions are organics.. It's less likely that they will include it and if they do include it its going to be tweaked so much that they might as well make it a completely new power.. and yes I would love to have more salarians..
I heard that Biowares problem with Dominate is that they don't like the thought of us controling powerful characters like Banshees or Phantoms. But it sounds like an excuse since Sabotage can control an Atlas. And have you seen the chaos that ensues when you turn a turret back on Cerberus? Dominate could be a lot of fun in MP.

I have nothing against mechs being playable characters. In fact, that'd be pretty awesome.
But EDI is simply not the right choice.
I have to agree EDI/EVA were prototypes. If we want Mechs it's more realistic to expect something like the LOKI model but moving better.

No Protheans, Javik is the last.
The last of a 50.000 years before completly extinced race.
And we fight Collectors, that are all dead since ME2. Yeah, I totally agree. Impossible.
Duuude! Respect for the inescapable logic. It's science fiction, no matter how precious people might get about their 'lore' someone with a halfways decent imagination can always come up with an explanation. Most of the time they don't have to because pretty soon we all get on with it. Remember the Volus?

Yep, but Dominate can't be used on a Banshee, Harvester or Adjuntants in SP. Can be used on Phantoms, Brutes...

They could still Add VIs as a playable race. I wouldn't mind running around as a mech.
Yeah, a cerberus android (like EDI) infiltrator and engineer would definitely be cool.
No.
Please.
No.
EDI has possibly THE worst character design in the entire trilogy.
If I start seeing clones of her running about in MP, I'm done.
Even if they add Female Turians.
What, you don't like robo-cameltoe?
That's not even cameltoe. That right there is mooseknuckle.

Bioware's problem is probably rather that it would be completely useless against geth.

Does Cerberus really need a new unit? Already, they're the most diverse faction in that regard. Why would they need the Adjutants?Nissun wrote...
Does it make any, ANY sense at all for the Alliance to say "Hey! We need to mass-produce some kind of synthetic to aid in this war! We need them to be efficient in the war against the Reapers, since our resources will grow slimmer and slimmer with time! I KNOW! Let's build a million of these sexbots!"
If bioware includes EDI-like robots, I'm out (...) a posible slightly logical explanation. Sexbots in the frontlines don't.
Er, I don't know, infiltrating Cerberus maybe? Why does it make sense for any given unit to be practical for Cerberus in its war with the Alliance but not for the Alliance in its war with Cerberus?
Oh yeah! Let's mass produce this female sexbot that the enemy designed, and let's use them to fool them into... thinking they are humans? So that they can... uh, gun them down, just like every other playable multiplayer character does?
Cerberus made one robot, to infiltrate one scientific facility of Mars. If you can't see any difference between that, and the way the Alliance is fighting Cerberus, you are blind.

Why does everybody assume that LOKI mechs would be as they were in ME2 whenever they come up?
Things have changed from Mass Effect 2. Geth Hunters used to be almost as tall as Primes. And they carried Scimitars. Geth Primes carried Revenants. Things. Have. Changed.
Taking the LOKI model and making it playable would make 100% sense. They were slow in ME2 because they were an enemy unit, with a specific role (slowly but relentlessly walk towards you). Under player control, they would be smarter, and faster. An upgraded Virtual Intelligence.
Voila. A popular security mech used galaxy wide makes sense as a playable character. Replicas of a one-of-a-kind sexbot don't. If you like looking at robo-****** so much go buy a magazine or something.
