Help!  I can't find zevran.  Can anyone tell me where I can find him and how to recruit him into my party.  Thank you.

i got him by after completeing a army recruit quest from the journal, as i traveled on the map there is a cutscene with logain recruing zevran to do something, after that, just watch out for a random event
