The most blatant cheat I think I have ever seen, was when a dragoon shot me down, while climbing the freaking ladder at fire base white. He had not taken either his hands or his feet off any of the rungs either. The top of his head was barely in view, so he could not have even seen me, yet he magically shot me down.
I have also seen:
1. Enemy Cerberus trooper facing toward a wall at ghost, throw a grenade at the wall, but the grenade launched out his right side and come toward a surprised me.
2. Banshee walked through a wall, no teleport
3. Point blank wraith to the face of enemy trooper, 1 foo or less in front of me for NO damage
4. Missile to the feet of enemy or enemies with no hits, damage, or enemy casualties
5. Vacuum phantom hands even after I moved away and hit with a shotgun
6. Abominations and husks ignore me mid way or most of the even through a heavy melee punch as if they are Mike Tyson on steroids
7. Several enemies have been seen shooting and hitting me or team mates dead on in what should be impossible situations to acheive such accuracy including: When I move zig zag fashion and an enemy comes around a corner with no line of sight to me before this point and hits me with the first shot no miss as if they can psychically predict where I am and where I am going when even I, the player am not privy to such information since I am moving in zig zag patterns in an effort to anticipate possible attack and avoid any hits or was dodging away from an enemy I or my team mates just downed only to get sniped by an enemy that should not have known where I was so exactly while emerging from a corner.
8. Dragoons are somehow never effect by even the strongest attacks or weapons that can and do stagger much larger and more massive enemies such as the Atlas or banshee. How is it possible to never loose balance or direction or take any effect from the strongest attacks that do such things to the otherwise strongest enemies? Soemtimes they also seem to have delayed or lessened effects from actual damage as well that is not proportional to the level of unit they are supposed to be.
9. COVER - too often cover seems to have absolutely no effect in the face of any or all enemy attacks. Enemy attacks either go through cover or around it in their own guided missile zig zag pattern.
10. After death kills - More often do I see enemies able to finish off or kill a team mate or I than after one of us kills them than we are able to kill one or more of them after they kill us. Damage over time effects by notable enemies such atlases and banshees may or may not be enough to kill or finish off a high level player character or a high health player character (such as Krogans and Batarians), but anything lower it almost always DOES kill or finish them off even if the enemy that launched the attacked was destroyed a minute or less prior. It may also happen with the long duration enemy attacks such as the banshee plasma bubble that may still be following a player character around the map long after the banshee is gone. Also notable in this regard are the turrets and drones set up by primes and engineers.
11. The strange inexplicable occasional SUPER ATTACKS by enemies. Every now and then enemy units, even the lowest level units, can strangely somehow down player characters, EVEN if the said player character is at full health and shields and even if they are a high level character or a character with very high health. The lowest level enemy unit can sometimes in 1-3 shots take down all the player characters health and shields for a instant down. It is not consistent in a sense it is easy to track under what conditions and how exactly said effect is achieved. We do however notice that it happens and under the strangest circumstances. A husk in one initial attack, a cerberus trooper with one shot downing a full health character, or so on. Anyone else ever seen the SUPER ATTACK??? I just saw it reported in a platinum run game from a Cannibal downing a full health character with level 4 cyclonic shield boost.
