After 6 weeks of waiting I've finally got my Hoodie that I ordered since December 2012.

PROS:
Fits perfectly
the fabric is soft and confortable, Great way to keep out from the cold.
Pockets outside and nice little cubby holes inside the jacket, Good place to place cash, wallet, phone and a bunch of little elastic loops for your earphones.
Great attention to details.
Embroidered N7 logo and stitched fabric for the stripes
Looks and feels of a quality product.

CONS:
THE WORST @#$%ING CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE DEALT WITH EVER.
Uses XPO and USPO which is great if your in the US (especially XPO) but if you (in my case) live in the Philippines it gets down right difficult.
Ambiguous reciept, Meaning I didn't get a tracking number nor a ETA and each time I send an email to customer service all I get is an automated reponse to BW store tracking site which just tells me repeatedly that my item left *Louiville KY on December 3rd* and nothing else.
As for the ETA. I got that after pestering customer service for 4 weeks and finally getting an email (that I recieve last week) saying that my item would take 6 weeks to arrive.

CONCLUSION:
The hoodie is a fine quality product and it's worth every cent. As for the store.
I Would Never Do Business With Them Ever Again, Unless they change certain things like better customer service and a reliable courier service (Like UPS, DHL, FedEx it's not like they've never heard of them before) with a reliable online tracking service and a deffinite ETA (which makes the $30 dollar shipment and handling cost for XPO NOT worth it).
Until then. If I want my Mass Effect and Dragon Age related products I just use Amazon or ThinkGeek (which does have reliable customer service and a means to track orders).

That folks is my two cents you may take it or leave it and Thank you for endulging my little gripes *prepares for flame war*.
