Just how many Special Items in this game _don't work_????   There's soooo many objects that have something stamped on them that says things like "weakens nearby darkspawn" (several weapons and shields) or "+5% monetary gain" (Dwarven Merchant's belt) that, in fact, do NOTHING.  (Except maybe lighten your purse.)

Really.  Sometimes I feel like we're being mobbed by con artists trying to sell us "authentic" relics. 

If something doesn't work, the false advertising should have been removed during final editing.

Hell Yes. There are broken talents and quests that need patching but after that...PATCH IT!
