-edit- Alright, I adjusted the size of Maric to proper scale now Layers are the best!
Had to edit out the pictures again to get it right.

That looks really good, Reuben!  Thanks for adding Maric.  It just wouldn't have been the same without Maric there with a young Loghain.  And Maric looks likes he's going to turn out really yummy too!

Edit: And you did a good job on Loghain as well.  He looks really scary.  I wouldn't want to mess with him.

Very nice. If I were to critique this I would say that Maric is a bit too tall, even with Loghain sitting down the way he is. Being in the background you can see that Loghain's farthest leg isn't as big as Maric's. This gives the impression that he is extremely tall.



Other than that, I enjoy the shading, the small details of the folds and stitches and the always grumpy demeanor of Loghain.

Yeah I didn't really pay attention to Maric >< I was concentrating on Loghain then just decided to add Maric to complete the picture, I might adjust it sometime

-edit- well nevermind this, I went ahead and adjusted it looks much better now thanks!

I love that they are both in it. This being bigger is what makes the picture. The small embedded picture Loghain looks older. The bigger picture is where it's at.

I might come back to this and do it right... I quite like it, and the current shading doesn't give it justice.
I wanted Loghain to have that dark shading and Maric shining like the sun, to show the contrast between the 2 characters. Plus I had no idea how Maric looks like so I just imagined him being a pretty boy...

He's on the cover of the Stolen Throne, but your version of Loghain looks really good too - kind of adds that villain-look to him.

No idea, but I saw a lot of those japanese comics gangsters seem to wear it a lot, I figured Loghain might look pretty badass with it, heh.

Actually, I like your Loghain better in a way.  The Loghain on the cover of the book is very soft looking.  I mean I thought he was hot, don't get me wrong.  But this Loghain just looks like the betraying bastard we all love to hate.
