I assume you mean you're currently at Redcliffe?
No, I don't think Jowan's dialogue changes depending on exactly how the mage origin ends. A slight writing oversight, perhaps. Put it down to Jowan currently having other things on his mind.

Cmessaz did a mod "Cullen Romance mod" that restores some of the dialogue specific with the mage origin. No, you don't have to 'romance Cullen' if you don't want to. You get a nice little neckpiece if you do with +1 to all stats. No cutscenes of more than a stolen kiss, and a look of farewell as the Warden leaves the tower.
More importantly, this mod restores some cut dialogue in the tower with Cullen during the "Broken Circle" quest line. (I am unsure if you have to trigger the 'romance' or just if it is included). PLUS it restores missing dialogue that has Jowan acknowleging you turned him in during the mage origin instead of being so happy to see you in Redcliffe.
Well, that's if you play on the PC.
More importantly, this mod restores some cut dialogue in the tower with Cullen during the "Broken Circle" quest line. (I am unsure if you have to trigger the 'romance' or just if it is included). I don't know if the Cullen tower dialogue fires for a male as I don't know if you don't romance him if it does. The Jowan one however, should fire off whether the Mage Warden is male or female, or completely ignored Cullen in the tower in the origin. It was just something she found hidden in the dialogue and restored and makes a helluva lot more sense than him forgetting it was you who ratted him out and being all happy to see you.

Me too. I was planning on making that my "evil" playthrough, and decided that was as good a place to kick it off as any. Ah, the memories are so sweet.
