After completing Dragon Age I was a bit dissapointed that I couldn't go back on that same character that completed the game and do side quests that were pre-apocolypse or atleast start from the start with my current level and gear with enhanced goodies and monsters.

Is this the case or am I missing something

PS. If this is the case is there any mods out their that will help me? :] Thanks

I think they did it because of the expansion pack that is coming out in march. It takes place after the main storyline and you can transfer your character over.

You can go and do DLC, if you haven't done them already, or if new ones come out - like Return to Ostagar.
