[Qui-Gon Glenn]

Here is a hypothetical sitution:

I start up ME3MP, and I start up a solo. Match begins, and wave 3 a random joins the match. I think to myself, shoulda turned it to invisible mode. Anyway, too late now, consumables invested, here we go.

I run over to the LZ where I find.... qui_gon_glenn? WTH? And then, out of the blue, he starts Missile glitching all over the map.

I want to follow forum procedure, and not do any naming and shaming by posting any pics. Yet, I am qui_gon_glenn, and my screenshot tells me that I am playing with another qui_gon_glenn that is missile glitching. I want to report this person, but if I report some dude named qui_gon_glenn for being a missile glitcher... Oh wait, that's me. And, I am not a missile glitcher.

Use the steps here to help track down the culprits IP and other details.

This also seems have to do with the use of underscores ( _ ) in the user name and how Origin doesn't really use them well.

Anyway, I reported him anyway but noted in the report that it was an impostor. 

I think they have a way of seeing who was in that specific match...

I reported a cheater tonite, an imposter. Yet, I had to report a username that may not exist, as I will not report the legit players exact tag and possibly punish him for being impersonated. That is called identity theft with insult to injury.

So, I have seen a few good posts, and I see that there are measures I can take to aggressively hunt down cheaters. Issue: I want to play the game, I already worked today at the job that allows me to play games alot. I do not want to do this job, when it has been demonstrated that other "similar" software can do it quite adequately as BACON4BREAKFAST noted.

I love the MP. Having now experienced a missile glitcher, I hate them. If it becomes common, I am done with this, the fun factor is now frankly in the toilet.

Sadly, I don't think this is nearly as easy. I do believe that the BSN has better security than Origin, and that should disturb all PC players.

so missile glitching finally hit pc eh? and what's more people are being jerks and tarnishing bsn members good name? I have to say at this point the culprit or culprits is someone on bsn. And honestly i have to say that is utter immature bull. you have no right to ruin people's appreciation of the game, whoever you are, you are a jackass and this isn't funny, when you get caught i hope bioware outright bans your ips

Well missle glitching has been here from the start just not so rampant as others say and yes this is getting stupid

You could try explaining it to BioWare as you just explained it to BSN...

As I told you in your previous thread and in PM, report the suspected cheater to ME3MPcheaters@bioware.com and explain the situation, and they will investigate. Reading the threads on reporting cheaters will also give you information.

End of line.
