I resently installed Dragon Age Origins in my new computer, and bought with BWpoints but when I start the game logged in my Bioware user no content appears to download.

What should I do? I bought Stone Prisoner.

If it's an actual Tech Problem you've
got, your question is off-topic in here, and now, it's off-site
entirely. When all of the Tech Forums were locked, most of them had
been moribund for months, with the exception of ME-3.

Real, Official Tech Support has ALWAYS
been on the Help Center at EA, but there were separate forums on the
Legacy Site for discussing Tech matters, Gamer to Gamer. Those were
also offered here, but never did develop the same kind of resident
population of helpful game players we used to have on the Legacy Site's
forums.

The few who did start trying to do something similar
weren't encouraged, and by the time ME-3 was released, most of those
game players had drifted away. Now, all of those forums are locked
down. You can try Answers HQ, however that Site is really swamped by
the PS3 players, who seem to be uncommonly helpless people.

There you go!  (And you'll be happy to know that the DA forums on Answers HQ are so quiet today, you could hear a pin drop, so jump in over there.)

I ran into the same issue since I'm doing a new playthrough of DA:O also again, but you can download the content manually from dragonage.wikia.com/wiki/Downloadable_content_%28Origins%29#Manual_installation and then drag those .dazip files into the DAUpdater program which can be found in your \\Dragon Age\\bin_ship folder.

Got my Return to Ostagar working again woohoo.

Just don't forget to download the corresponding offer file and installing that in the same manner too.
