Does anyone know how many ranks of Intimidate you need to scare Conrad straight in ME1? I'm trying to avoid the bug and bug-apology in 2 and 3, respectively, but I'm playing a Paragon this go-round... if anyone knows, I'd appreciate it.

If you care to go to the lengths, you can go the paragon route, and in me2 import your guy. Take the save to the ME2 save editor which has a section specifically to fix the bug (All you do is Check a box) and you can get the paragon dialogue with Conrad in ME2. Only for PC and Xbox though

Yeah, the flag in 2 was set to renegade even if you paragon'd him in 1. His apology in 3 was BW's solution. However, the apology is in there even if you did threaten him. Which makes it weird.
I believe the only way to get him to show in 2 however is to renegade or paragon him in that 3rd conversation in 1.

I think so, only way to get the paragon dialogue in ME2 is through the save editor, doubt they made seperate dialogue just for people who did that. Though the dialogue Conrad says can really go both ways since he says IF he said it.PKchu wrote...

And he does the bug apology either way, even if you actually did the me1 renegade choice

Well, I've usually gone Renegade with him and I've never noticed the apology in ME3, just read about it. So hopefully if I get Intimidate up to the second mastery level, I can just skip the whole fiasco... I prefer the Renegade handling of it anyway.
