And another Seasonic PSU
Corsair = Seasonic?
Btw, thanks for the cable management tip. I'm going to be putting my PC together this weekend and I've been dreading having to manage all the cables.
I actually havent looked at their newer series, so they are nice. I desperately wanted a TJ-07 but ended up Stacker 830brazen_nl wrote...

Ill just be waiting here until I see someone post a SilverStone Case (Cases and PSUs are my thing)
The one I posted is a SilverStone case. FT-02 Fortress.
e: Funny you didn't recognize it. The 3 big ass fans at the bottom for the positive air pressure is pretty much a giveaway.
ee: And the orientation of the motherboard.

Funny, I'm building my first PC (or first PC I'm building) and I've heard a lot of "Intel is god, amd sucks". Myself, I'm going with an AMD FX 8150 because, frankly, they don't charge and arm and a leg.
Bang for the buck I'd take AMD every time.
The only reason I went with Intel was in the hopes of better virtual machine emulation... and to see if I could get it to run Mac OS X. Which I could (:
I've always picked AMD over Intel, but their last batch of procs was pretty dissapointing. I'm still using a Phenom 2 X4-980 Black edition which was their last amazing CPU.
I'm about due for a new build, and I'm waiting to see if AMD tanks and I have to switch to Intel. I think the new Intel Ivy bridge are currently better than anything AMD offers. Except for the price tag

Really where is ninja stan, this thread should have been locked... cause all i'm seeing is some weird PC wiring epeen thread that has nothing to do with MP....... no wonder we cant get problems solved for this game, when even the devs are contributing to nonsense like this.....
lol i am somewhat joking... but really this thread should not be in ME3MP forums... just sayin

agreed, i got 8gigs of ram installed with the option for more if needed. that almost picks up any slack not that i need it, intel quad core with 8 gigs of ram. i cant think of any program needing that much crazy.SterlingPhoenix wrote...

i had issues with my amd before, when i upgraded and went with intel i was amazed but it ate a serious hole in my pocket. i run linux on mine as well as windows. not sure i have the gumption for mac.
I've never had any issues (performance or otherwise) with my AMD machines. Last time I had an issue with a CPU was a Cyrix... I think it was a 586-compatible CPU? I forget. This was before CPUs came with coolers, and this one NEEDED a cooler. I ended up having the case open and a desk fan blowing on the thing (:
I think for some of my applications, AMD's 8-cores would work slightly better than Intel's 4-cores+threads. But I really don't know that I'd see a huge difference. Loads of RAM always help, too.
