Also, I've been looking to upgrade my mouse. The one I have is wireless, has the two nomarl mouse buttons, a scroll wheel and two thumb buttons. I want to stick with wireless (I hate corded mice) and I just want a couple more buttons.

I can't, for the life of me, find anything like what I'm looking for, for a decent price. The only one I've found is the Razer Mamba. It's perfect and a badass mouse but it's $100. Seems quite a bit for a mouse.

Logitech G700 is what you're looking for I think.

$70 on Amazon, free shipping.  No, I don't work for them.  Also, big fan of Logitech mice.  No, I don't work for them either.

Logitech seems to provide the quality without the price of some of the big name gaming mice brands like Razer.  It seems to me (I've been shopping mice, keyboards and monitors, as well as computers) that you can get a cordless Logitech for about the same price as the corded version of the Razer.  To get the cordless version of about the same quality of mouse, you are going to pay a $20-$30 premium for the Razer name.

Well, that does look a lot like what I'm looking for. I was also looking at the CM storm inferno. They don't say whether it wired, wireless or both. If it's wired I don't want it.

This image from amazon seems to show that it's both but they don't say and all the images on CM.com show it wired.

It's a wired mouse. Amazon reviewer said something along the lines of it looking wireless but being wired when it came in the mail.

But if you didn't mind a braided fiber wired mouse, I would suggest the Naga or Naga Hex by Razer. It takes a little getting used to, but is very useful and comfortable when you do.

There is also the Naga Epic, which is wireless, but it is over $100, which you didn't seem too excited to spend.

Yeah, I can't stand wired mice, they annoy the heck out of me. Also, my nephew has the naga molten and he likes it but it has way more buttons than I would like.

I think the G700 is the most likely choice for me. That or the Mamba which I'm not too keen on the price.

Thanks a whole heap man. I would pay but building this rig has cost me more money than I have at the moment. ;)

However, I'm still kind of eyeing the Mamba. I guess I'm still debating whether the extra sexy is worth the extra $30.

Trust me, the extra sexy is worth the $30. I got the standard Razer Mamba, for $47, without the adjustable lights, and it is awesome, perfect feel and the buttons are at the exact right spots for my hands. It's the most comfortable mouse I have ever used.

I was looking at the 4G one, but that was $100, and I figured I wouldn't be enough of a nerd to justify it. The standard one is pretty damn awesome. Adjustable sensitivity is actually really handy too, makes different characters on ME3 alot better, I usually run between 1800-2400.

Only issue is how long it takes to change between wired and wireless. I've had a max of 10s to change over, so the mouse finds itself again. But it doesn't bother me at all, you shouldn't be messing with that sort of thing in the middle of a game anyway...

You won't regret it if you get it. :D

I actually wasn't aware there was a cheaper version of the mamba. You said it doesn't have adjustable lights, what color are lights default?

Mines blue. Not sure if there are others. :). I think mine is the 2012 version, and as far as I could tell, there wasn't much difference between the two, after having researched both before I bought it.

I can't find a mamba for under $100. Guess I'll just stick with the G700.

Funny though, Razer is asking $130 for the Mamba while Amazon in asking $98.

A lot of manufacturers have agreements with retailers not to sell some or all of their product line below list price on the manufacturer website, so that the manufacturer does not undercut the retailer's price.

In some high end products (not computer mice), the agreement goes both ways, the manufacturer forbids the retailer from selling a product below list price, except for authorized sales.

For me, I will go to the manufacturer's web site, see what all is available, find what I want, then go buy it elsewhere for less.

Btw, processor installed.

So my TT 650w psu in't modular and has a massive amount of wires IIRC. I'm looking to get something new just to keep things pretty inside my new rig.

I'm eyeing this bad boy. It 's more power than I need at the moment but it's a fair price in my estimation. What do you all think?
