If only I had a camera, I would share.

Buuuuut my case is a Thermaltake MSI-Commander Epic Edition. I have front and bottom red LED 120mm intake fans, side and back red LED 120mm exhaust fans (side one being over my overclocked Radeon HD 7870s in Crossfire), two slim 120mm top fans mounted above my Hyper 212 EVO (one intake onto the front of it, one exhaust above / behind it), three 40mm fans mounted in a 5.25" bay (feeding air to the Hyper 212 from the front), and two CM Excalibur 120mm fans on the Hyper 212 EVO. All running very silent, on lowest settings, thanks to a fan speed controller.

The fans keep my i5-3570k running at around 72C with a Prime95 torture test, overclocked at 4.5GHz. That's while remaining silent.

Have a dvd drive, two Velociraptor 300GB 10,000 RPM hard drives in RAID0, and a SanDisk ReadyCache SSD, so a total of 6 cables between those 4.

There is a wireless adapter sticking out of the back of the case, as well as a wired connection.

Also have a 2m red LED strip running around the edges, inside the case, which requires a 4-pin power connector. I know, it's a Christmas tree. I regret nothing.

All of this while remaining very clean in the case, thanks to wire ties and wire tie mounts, as well as tucking cables into hidden areas of the case.

But most importantly, I have this sticker on the top of the case, in red.

As for my actual desk, I have a black glass L-shaped corner desk with a Razer Anansi / Razer Naga, 21.5" 1080p monitor (small for 1080p, but the pixel density is great), Genius SW-G2.1 1250 speakers (subwoofer under desk), and a red/black gooseneck mic.

Oh, and a mesh pencil cup. Yeeeeah.

Well well Mr. Moneybags :P

Is my envy showing?

Mine probably is, I would almost kill for that kind of setup for 360, PC or even my TV.  I once re-keyed a foreclosed house that had something like this and I was damn envious of that one too.

Think I'll do that tomorrow, as a matter of fact, I think this whole room could use a good cleaning.

I'm currently an Intel guy (I **** out to whoever gives me the most horsepower at my price point) but I thought AMD was better virtualizing?

Not when you're specifically trying to emulate an Intel CPU (; When you're trying to run OS X in a VM, having an actual Intel CPU is a must. Or was back when I was trying it, I hear it's possible to get OS X on an AMD now, though still not super easy.

And yeah, if you're willing to shell out the money for that extra edge, Intel is the way to go. But for me that extra edge usually isn't worth the extra money.

I've never had any issues (performance or otherwise) with my AMD machines. Last time I had an issue with a CPU was a Cyrix... I think it was a 586-compatible CPU? I forget. This was before CPUs came with coolers, and this one NEEDED a cooler. I ended up having the case open and a desk fan blowing on the thing (:

I think for some of my applications, AMD's 8-cores would work slightly better than Intel's 4-cores+threads. But I really don't know that I'd see a huge difference. Loads of RAM always help, too.

What so Canadian about it?

Though, I have been flirting with the idea of moving to Canada, really not a big fan of this country (US) anymore.

agreed, i got 8gigs of ram installed with the option for more if needed. that almost picks up any slack not that i need it, intel quad core with 8 gigs of ram. i cant think of any program needing that much crazy.
