Not sure where to put this.

I had this game originally on the PS3 and after the joining ritual I levelled up and got 4 attribute points (an extra one for the joining) and an extra skill too.

On the PC version I have just done the joining and got the extra skill, but only got the normal 3 attribute points for levelling up. Is this extra attribute point only on the consoles?
