Hi, on my profile (both in game and online)I've got 764 points, but when I try to download 'Vigil's Keep adventure' (I hope the name is this in english.. I've got the italian version,anyway not the golem's adventure) the downloads area tells me that I don't have enought points. More, my total amount of points in the download area is equal to zero, and nothing happens if I use the 'refresh button'. It's seems like my profile doesn't 'comunicate' with the download area...
So I'm not able to downolad the quest... What can I do?

Same question here, do we upload points earned in the game to use for download purchases, if so, how do we upload, or is this misleading?

When the question first came up, it is likely that the Points Help forums did not yet exist (I know that back then, Selene's Social Forums profile didn't say she was a Moderator here on this site, the way it does now).
Anyway, for future reference, there is such a Help Forum dealing with the purchasing and use of the Bioware Points, so that further comments to this thread after that one became active are now supposed to be off-topic, and ought to be in that other forum.
