 I love playing my shapeshifting druid in a game that shall not be named. I go exploring as a lioness, then if trouble comes my way and is a bit too much to handle I switch to bear. I can breathe under water and fly and look very good as a happy tree.

DAO had shapeshifting but the spider was pretty weak and the bear wasn't that strong either but on the fade I had a pretty much indestructible Golem shape for physical attacks, a form immune to magic and a very fast burning man shape, plus the stealthy and quick mouse shape. I really loved that mechanic.

Can we have shapeshifting again ? 

Bonus points if we get to learn the dragon shape like Flemeth

I support this. The only disappointment I had about the shape-shifter class in Da:o, was that you couldn't shape-shift into the wolf model they used for ranger summoning.

I love a good shapeshifting system/class. I also enjoyed The Fade's shapeshifting style; coming from having a Druid main in WoW, the style was very familiar to me. I wonder though if having class-imitating shapeshifting (ie: golem as tank, wolf as rogue, etc) would break the group class balance that BW wants to encourage though...

I think they're a pain to balance. The shapeshifted forms can't make you as good as a fighter, because that makes the fighters feel like chumps. But turning into a sub-par fighter isn't very useful in a party game.
