I wish to commend each and everyone of you for your service. You are making all the difference in this war. Our continued tactics of striking at enemy forces in smaller battles that we pick and choose, opposed to meeting them straight on in an all out assault on the frontline, is proving to be turning the war in our favor. Unfortunately, this has not gone unnoticed by our enemies.

The Reapers have bolstered their forces with what are being labeled as Adjutants. Be wary. Our reports indicate Adjutants are deadly pack hunters. They initially remain hidden, observing potential victims and distract them with subtle whispers. They are known ambush their enemies with charged projectiles that create a violently unstable mass effect field which causes severe disorientation and renders the target helpless. Enhanced muscle tissue gives adjutants the ability to leap surprising distances, allowing them to close in and infect their target quickly. 

Additionally Marauder units have been sighted to now be equiped with portable barrier engines further aiding their units defensive capabilities by supplying them with additional layers of barrier protection as well as repairing their large Brute units. Intel is also showing that each enemy faction has begun to embed their platoons with heavy artillery siege units. Harvesters have been seen with Reapers, oculi with the Collectors, gunships with Cerberus and armatures with the Geth.

Lastly, we've uncovered intelligence regarding a Secret Cerberus Droid Factory and something regarded to as "Project Asgard." It is unknown if the two are linked or if this is simply false information to draw our attention away from something else. We ask that you remain vigiliant and report anything you may suspect that could potentially reveal further information.

With these troubling developments, I implor you not to let your resolve falter, for I have good news as well. We too will be receiving some much needed support. Turian Cabal agents have pledged aid, as well as some of the Salarian's finest STG agents, and additional ex-Cerberus Phoenix defectors have come out from hiding to swear their fealty. 

The Geth surprised us with new prototype units designed to produce mass effect fields, similiar to the way a natural biotic is able, so that they are able to offer support to our biotic squads. They have also redesigned their Prime units to be slightly more compact so they do not take up so much valuable space on our transport shuttles. We insisted they would serve us better on the frontlines, but they're adament in stating their consensus and simulation data indicates they'd be better at serving a support role in our strike squads.

We'll also be receiving aid from some of the Hanar's finest assassins, the Quarian's more capable technicians, as well as the Asari's dedicated Justicars.

Original Hazards Redesign:

White: Blizzard, frost collects on screen obscuring peripheral vision, reduces ability recharge.

Dagger:
Sandstorm, sporadic rate of fire due to sand causing firearm malfunction.

Giant:
Night, Cannons slowly charge up and fire at full capacity. Indicator displaying charge up ammount similiar to reactor hazard may be found inside control room. Anyone outside on upper levels will temporarily become disoriented having their vision blurred and accuracy reduced.


Resurgence and Rebellion Hazards:

Condor:
Enemy aircraft(Cerberus Fighter, Geth Fighter, Oculus, or Harvester) carpet bombs a strip of the map. A Turian fighter should buzz the area along the path heralding the arrival of the imminent danger.

Hydra:
Stormy weather, high tide sea water floods lower levels, slows movement speed. Junction boxes with loose wiring may be shot to send electrical current through immediate area of the water.

Jade:
Dusk, Enemy orbital strikes cause random explosions in open area. Exposed gas pipes spewing flames in covered areas. Use nearby console to temporarily shutoff gas allowing safe passage and avoid damage.

Goddess:
Roaming reapers with screen shaking groans. Screen temporarily darkens and sounds dampen similiar to low health indication to simulate indoctrination attempt. Although geth may not be indoctrinated in the same manner as organics, the electromagnetic field produced by the reapers  disrupts their systems to produce this incapacitating effect.


Earth Hazards:

London:
Fog, hinders sight while on the ground and reaper's red beam of destruction.

Vancouver:
Night, Hades Cannons shake screen while firing (possible problem with dynamic lighting?)

Rio:
Stormy weather, rogue waves wash over railing knocking down players and weaker enemies damaging their shields.


New Maps and Hazards:

Shroud: Hammers activate intermittently signaling Kalros who will skim the surface causing damage to whoever may be in her path. Hammers will also shake screen and knock down any players not in cover.

Dreadnaught: Derelict Geth Dreadnaught missing large portions of its hull kept stable by mass effect fields. Similiar setup to Rio, 2 paths of ship's weapon main battery. Fail to take cover while energy pulse races down pathways will result in shields depletion.

Omega: Eezo Mining Facility with moving conveyor belts and crushing apparatuses.

Objectives

Objectives will no longer repeat during a match.

Players picking up packages during retrieval objective will incur a mandatory 2 second walking speed period to prevent sprinting with package.

New Objective!

"A team sent to perform heavy weapons tests in this area was wiped out before testing could commence. Set up triangulation points to locate their weapons cache and finish their mission."

Step 1Triangulation points appear on the maps perimeter, activation of a point lasts for 1 minute until 3 points have been activated. Once 3 points have been activated a check will be performed for the weapons cache in the area between the activated points. If present, then proceed to next step. If not, then triangulation points for scanned area will disappear and you must perform triangulation attempt for remaining areas of the map until cache has been located.

Step 2
:Must kill 10-40 targets, depending on number of players, using the weapons available. Weapons that have not been depleted of ammunition will explode once objective has been completed.

M-490 Blackstorm
The Blackstorm, colloquially called the "black hole gun" encases a few particles of matter within a high-powered mass-increasing field, elevating them to near-infinite mass. This creates a gravitational singularity that draws nearby enemies and objects inward for a short time. The rapidly-increasing gravity near the singularity's event horizon rips objects apart. The mass effect field soon destabilizes and returns to normal mass, with explosive results.

Cryo Round technology is used to modify standard weapon slugs. A cooling laser collapses the ammunition into Bose-Einstein condensate, a mass of super-cooled subatomic particles capable of snap-freezing impacted objects. Scientists have found a way to apply this technology on a large scale: by generating a mass effect containment "bubble", this proof-of-concept large weapon technology is effective against armor, shields, and biotic barriers. It is nicknamed the "Cryo-Blaster".

Arc Projector
The arc projector ionizes targets with a nonvisible laser to ready them for a high-voltage electrical attack. As the lightning-like bolt hits its first target, a sophisticated autotargeting system paints succeeding targets with the ionization laser, allowing the electricity to take the path of least resistance and arc between them. An entire enemy strike team can be shocked to death with a few pulls of the trigger.



Perhaps introduce new challenge to unlock access to heavy weapons armory by earning points performing this objective. Armory access grants a chance at unlocking these new heavy weapons via Ultra Rare drop.

Geth Spitfire

Like the geth plasma shotgun, the Spitfire is not a true energy weapon. Instead, the minigun magnetically flings clusters of superconducting toroids. These donut-shaped projectiles are designed to shatter upon impact, arcing electricity between the fragments and flash-converting them to plasma. The gun's punishing, automatic blasts impact with the heat of a cutting torch.

The weapon's stopping power has garnered the attention of both Alliance and quarian intelligence, who theorize that the Spitfire may have been designed to destroy other geth. Enough Spitfires have been found in the field to suggest that the weapon is out of the prototyping stage, and that a schism among synthetics may have forced them into production.



Venom Shotgun

The Venom shotgun was developed by the salarian Special Tasks Group to meet the unpredictable needs of those stationed in hostile areas. The double barrel fires ammunition that detonates on impact, while a third barrel below can be charged to fire a round of microgrenades. Given the nature of most STG assignments, the Venom was designed to force an exit strategy and was issued to teams whose primary objective was to extract compromised undercover operatives. The shotgun is now issued to frontline soldiers in the war against the Reapers.



Adas Anti-Synthetic Rifle

Named in memory of the quarians killed in the Morning War on the planet Adas, this weapon's electrical attack has been optimized for medium- to long-range firefights. Alliance marines take issue with calling it a "rifle" since, technically, it has no rifling in its barrel. The quarians shrug this off, as quarian weapon terminology rarely translates flawlessly into human languages.



Blood Pack Punisher

Executioner Pistol

Invented by Blood Pack weapons experts, the first Executioner was improvised using spare parts and scrap metal during an Omega territory dispute. The result was a hand-held cannon able to fire high-impact armor-piercing slugs, although only one at a time due to its limited heatsink. Many Blood Pack mercs carry an Executioner as backup in case they get pinned down, but some enthusiasts prefer it as their primary gun, sticking to the one-shot-one-kill approach.

I actually started developing a concept for a 6 prothean DLC pack, but with all the controversy surrounding them I decided to leave it be and just develop the powers without tying them to a specific race. 

Then my ideas blew up into this whole mess here.

I've begun a crude outline for a SP DLC feature additional Protheans on the side, but that's for another time and place.

Not crazy about having more Turians so soon since they already had good

Slam, by some, is viewed as a rather dull power as all it does is lift enemies in the air before throwing them back down onto the ground so it doesn't offer much more than what pull already does. That and in the SP campaign it currently causes detonated BE at the height of it's lifting period well above any other targets so that needs to be changed as well. 

It is of my opinion by changing the last few evolutions, which I have documented, makes up for its desirability over pull. It would simply be up to the developers to change the point at which the BE occurs, perhaps once the target comes in contact with a surface, rather than the at the height it currently does.
