i log in, purchase 560 points. Fine no trouble so far.

i then
start up dragonage origins, purchase 'Wardens keep', however the
download didnt start, saying there was some sort connection error.

i
quit dragon age because i figure a reboot might fix it, when i get back
in Wardens keep needs to be repurchased, and i'm 560 points shorter!

please help D:
