This.
I'm complacent with their game design. Omega had some of the best levels.

Perhaps because it would require criticism of a writer that isn't Walters?

Though, there's no way to tell how good the game will be. You can't really judge an RPG on level design and combat alone. We need to have something a lot more tangible.

No, they just dismiss the writing period for that DLC.
And if they get announced as the writers for ME4, I'm sure the scrutiny will come pouring in.

I've seen plenty of people touch on that subject, however, I think more of the problem with that DLC was the lack "of", not specifically the writing itself(although there are comlaints in there as well).

Isn't he just taking a producer role and not leading the project? IIRC he's involved with the new IP they're working on so I doubt he'll be pulling double duties.

Story? Well... We'll talk about it once we know who are the writers.

The only thing I can say is that gameplay will probably be pretty solid.

Tell me, did you know how Omega would turn out once you know who the writers were?
Do you know who are writers were for it now?

Wait, was Omega not created by Bioware or something? o0
He's referring to Bioware Edmonton which is the studio that developed Omega. They are currently the studio assigned to Mass Effect 4. Bioware Montreal is the other studio thats worked on Mass Effect though I don't know what they're responsible for.

take a look see at the official blog post by Bioware announcing the retirement of the Dr. Ray. It specifically mentions Casey gathering his team for the next Mass Effect as well as coming up with a new IPBasilKarlo wrote...
