Bit of an odd question, but is there any way to remove your character's eyelashes in ME2?

It's a bug that happens when you import your FemShep from ME1, and it fixes itself after exiting and reloading the game, but I actually think my Shepard looked better before she had eyelashes. With those ridiculously long lashes she looks like less of a commander and more of a dancer in Chora's Den. :happy:

Any ideas as to how to replicate the bug? I've tried messing around with the face morph settings in the Gibbed save editor, but haven't had any luck.
