Hi, I was just wondering if replaying a character from a save that has already reached the end of the game and thus be level 20+, but at a much lower level, override the higher level achievements of the character on my character profile on this site?

For example, lets say I've finished the game with my Dwarf warrior and he is level 22 on my last save with him, but then I replay game (say before the Landsmeet) of the same character, but at an earlier save and he is lower level at around level 17 with less talents/skills.  Would the lower level, more recently played version of my character overwrite my level 22 version of the same character on this site when I save?

Yes, he would, but achievements once earned are not removed.

Yes, I have had it happen when going back to earlier saves and playing from there.
