Hey N7,
Finally ace my 1st Solo Gold extraction complete. www.youtube.com/watch I'm so excited that I've add music in my video, 36 min....but take a look at it; you will laugh and really enjoy it. It's really different of my other videos.....guaranteed. And it's not a joke.....I really made it. One more and the '' Lone Wolf Banner'' is mine. The different songs during the video are awsome and it will really enjoy your time of listenning and watching. I could say that it take me at least a 100 tryto finally extracting.
Enjoy it and thank you to all N7 for advice and support
congrats tc

I'm curious how you came to find those exact tactics that worked best for you?
I understand the physical limitations you were working with (not against) with your controller setup, but are there any places on other maps that you could have tried similar tactics?
I'm curious to what other maps/character combinations you have tried on gold and rejected.

No way. That is a fantastic effort once again. Bronze a month or 2 ago then silver and now gold. Amazing OP . Platinum next ? PS loved the Lost in Space soundtrack..
Before Platinum I need one Gold extraction for the 'Lone Wolf Banner'' also I need 2 more SMG and 3 Sniper medals to finish the ME Mastery. I will focus on those objectives and will play a couple of Platinum between that with a team to learn the pattern of Platinum. AFTER, I will take some try of it.....but I'm realistic it's gonna be a painfull run.

Practice and Patience. I start my Gold testing with the Krogan soldier who help me to finish my bronzes and silvers solo on Condor. Then I try the Salarian Engineer because I've noticed that on Gold extra help from biotic or tech would really help me on Dagger. I also try on Ghost and London but not to good for me at that time, I might give it another try.
Then the Valkyrie with few modifications on power was my best option. Yesterday I tried Valkyrie/Falcon/Reegar on Giant/Geth same tactics down below the first ramps when you start the game. I hide behind the boxes to look if they were coming from the 2nd ramp then I moved to right behind the small metal wall near the ladder. Ammo box near. Got killed at beginning of wave 6......cost me 9 lifes in first five waves. K

I'm not sure if someone brought it up yet, but if you're using the Reegar, one of things you can do to make your life a little easier is put a shredder (armor piercing) mod on it- to help reduce the armor penalty it suffers, and the mod allows you to kill guardians faster w/ the weapon.
Good luck on your future endeavors.

I know I say that every time you ace one of the difficulty challenges but it still amazes me.
Thank you for sharing this with us.

From one disabled person to another, I applaud your efforts. It's... hard, sometimes. What's taken for granted doesn't come easy to everyone. And you have to put in all that much more effort to achieve the same. I'm not sure it's something that someone can really empathise with unless they actually have a debilitating disability too.
So this isn't just a platitude, I can seriously appreciate what you've accomplished, here. It's inspiring. I am reminded in this instant of that deaf person who played Abe's Odyssey the entire way through, going by sounds alone. Fantastic! Keep it up. Get even better! I know you can do it.

Exactly what I expected. Someone doesn't pour sympathy all over you, you accuse them of being insensitive.
I reserve my sympathy (and my respect) for people who deserve it, like a war veteran who lives near me who lost his leg to a grenade.
Wow someone is trying to act like harda** (emphasis on trying).
The man did a gold solo without using hands or feet. That is impressive. People post their solo runs on here all the time, yet I have never seen someone do it without their hands. Have you?
Although I guess you would be bitter, considering you haven't even done a bronze solo yet...

Wrong one, I can accept and deal with critics but ....there's some way and words to use when you critics. And by the way, the War Veteran or other disabled person will not need your sympathy or from others too..... He's seeing life differently and I'm sure he still enjoy is life if he accept is disability. My first idea when I post my threads about soloing was to show people that even when something hard happen it's not the end of life ....In life bad and good moments happen to everyone, we have to deal with these different one. End of discussion.
