when you try to stop the robot-cyborg whatever eva at the mars mission ,you go in slow motion and use scorpion to kill her,the bullets never explode.despite being staggered from the scorpion and clearly having a distance from you,after a set of time dr eva just jumps in front of you, kills you and you are stuck forever on the game despite trying different difficulties.

Basically if you are playing the game in NG+, you should just run the Predator for your pistol because there are too many problems trying to kill her with any other one.

or just create a bind command in the Coalesced to give you the Geth Spitfire 
and press that bound button when you're going for the kill. that part is annoying though, because it takes you too long to realize that you have to shoot her in the head vicinity (neck works too sometimes) to take her down. anywhere else on the body has no effect in that particular sequence.
