To be fair the Rachni plot in 3 just sucks ass period. For the Paragons th Queen turns into Princess Peach and they never get to see those previously mentioned soldiers, brood warriors and ships(not even as "war assets").
The Rachni plot is general is a good example of how the whole hyped import mechanic turned out to be a great dud.
And that was like 2 days prior to release...Steelcan wrote...

"The decision to save the Rachni has a HUGE impact on the game, even in just the final battle with the reapers.

I didn't think he was a douchebag for doing what he did. The "romance" in ME2 looked and felt like a fling anyway.
They all did. They failed to convince me that a handful of brief convos and a one minute "love scene" is "twu wub".

Indeed, I listed all the other things he could not have lived through, but people like to deny them because we don't see Shepard die, so that's why I showed the vid of Shepard getting vaporized.

What about the Shepards who didn't make Jack more paragon? Some of us encouraged her on Pragia and had her kill Ahresh.
And you can't just hand wave a point I made. I raised a point about Thane and his character consistency, you can't ignore it.
Wha, you wouldn't want someone who was taught a "bullet to the head solve everything" to teach your kids?
I'm afraid outside of Udina as councilor and keeping Collector base the Renegade "path" is a non-canon tacked on troll mode for more killing and explosions.

Nothing in Jacob's character alluded the fact he was apt to be unfaithful, especially that remark. In fact, his character was shown to be be honest to a fault, loyal and honorable in ME2 and even so in ME3, with the inclusion of now he is all of those things--except to Shepard.

Maybe Shepard didn't die from the explosion, but her head just exploded because she couldn't decide whether to carry the predator or the carnifex...

You're implying that Mass Effect's story isn't finished. The trilogy is over. It's not still awaiting a proper conclusion. The Rachni have played the only role they're going to play.

It's interesting when you consider that the Rachni's only role in the game was to provide Ravagers for the Reaper forces -- just some more enemies to shoot at. That and EMS points.

A week before release? How many people that weren't originally going to get the game a week before launch would've come across this info and changed their minds? That's a target audience of maybe three people.

Maybe, maybe not. But the story isn't finished, regardless of whether this dlc is ending related or not. It is apart of the story, so therefore it isn't finished. To say otherwise is completely foolish.
