1.) Find a topic- Be sure to read the original post, and nothing else, any replies to the OP probably aren't relevant to whatever you have to say on the topic.
2.) Keep it short- Make sure that your post is less than a sentence long. Better yet, simply quote another post instead of making your own, this is very time-saving,
3.) How to kill topics you don't like- Whatever you do, never ever use the report button, or ignore a topic that you believe is trolling, spam, or simply a waste of bandwidth. The most mature thing to do is to post about how you want the topic locked, and how you wish everyone would stop posting. Remember guys, ignoring something you don't like, or simply reporting quietly isnt going to work. You must make a scene to make someone go away. Trolls love it when you ignore them.
4.) How to name a topic- Be vague as possible, fellow forum members enjoy mystery. For example, let's say you want to show everyone a picture of your cat. Instead of naming the topic something like,"A picture of my cat for your amusement", put something like,"ZOMG ZOMG ZOMG this is so cute".
5.) Get Personal- Remember, it is not about the topic, but the people involved. Hurl insults, make implications about their upbringing, make assumptions about their character, No one enjoys intelligent debate, people prefer drama.

You forgot about how you should also make counter threads for no other reason than to talk about how you disagree or mock another thread.
As for rule #2, should also add a tip mentioning that it makes you seem more a part of the community when you quote someone who quoted someone who quoted someone who quoted someone who quoted someone who quoted someone who quoted someone who quoted someone who quoted someone without editing down so your one post takes up a whole page.

'Rule' #1: Be a facetious tool at every Goddamn turn. It seems to work for most of the regulars around here.
