Wish List for Awakening

1) Auto-Highlight "Toggle" feature
- A check box option for TAB key to work as a toggle button rather than keep holding it.
2) Sequential Commands
- Allow holding SHIFT key to queue your 2nd or 3rd command for current character in pause mode. May limit this to 3-4 commands to prevent abuse.
3) Stamina Potion
- Rather long cooldown stamina potion - an unspammable one. Just for warrior/rogue's critical moments.
e.g. A surge in main tank's stamina to allow immediate taunt in a hard fought battle.

5) More enemies, better enemy tactics, adding party fights. Currently most fights feature one big boss, a number of useless mellee and some annoying archers. It would be way more amusing if more fights would feature a true "party" of enemies.
6) Combat log, more detailed explanation of what is going on stat wise.

an open arena where player must pay entrance fee to battle mini boss for experience gain.
something like donating goods in the camping ground for experience.

I would like to see something similiar to the arena idea but instead maybe somthing where we could fight enemies we encounted from previous areas of the game. And as you complete each area fights theres a small reward at the end. Maybe include exp for the first fights but not ofr the second. And what they hey, some bonus fights should be included aswellheronice1 wrote...

Seriously, Bioware talks a lot about each player feeling she played her own game rather than feeling like choices are being made for them. Well, if they just kill-off or explain away these companions [that some of us have grown to enjoy] then that wouldn't seem much like my game.
Maybe they didn't intend for that philosophy to transcend expansion packs, but I'm not sure why it couldn't. I understand the complexity of an ongoing storyline, but that not what I'm requesting. I'd just like the option to keep special items, companions, etc. around even if they don't directly affect the plot of the expansion.
I would actually be a bit upset about DLC in general, and the Stone Prisoner in particular, not being able to be brought into expansions. Don't get me wrong... I felt like I got my money's worth from all of the DLC in the original game. It just seems like the right thing for Bioware to do for people that buy their DLC. Indeed, people would probably be more inclined to buy DLC if I knew that any items, companions, or other benefits received could be carried foward to whatever expansions come next.

While I'd love to see the DLC linked into Awakening, I guess this might be a real nightmare to implement, given the complexity of the task.
At least Stone Prisoner felt like a genuine part of DA, while Warden's Keep did not, besides the shiny armor and Starfang there was no impact whatsoever on the original content - in that regard Stone Prisoner was better. However, if the DLC's keep piling up, carrying them all over into future expansions is a huge task on one hand - and not very rewarding on the other for BioWare: How many have no Warden's Keep (or Return to Ostagar, I guess it'll be released until then~), but will buy Awakening?

I do not think they never really intended Wardens Keep to have any type of impact to the central campaign. Its more of a "flesh out the world and share why the grey wardens were kicked out" type thing. I also do not think the upcomming one will be impacting the main story. Shale was something they have admitted to being something they wanted in the full game but just could not make it happen (the big reason I believe why it is free with newly purchased games)
My educated guess (and that is all it is is a guess on what I have seen so far) is that the DLC's will be something that build on the lore of the world and the expansions will carry on the story of the central characters. Just speculating on what I have seen so far no need for jamming hot pokers in tender areas

I'd still like to see a more "official" route, of course (mostly because I can't figure out the editor at all

(1) Toggle for showing labels (just like the OP suggested)
(2) Show/hide option for helmets
(3) Allow classes other than rogues to open locks and traps
