With the AA, for example, I find bringing an acolyte and spamming throw deals with the henchmen a lot more efficiently than warp/throw BE combo.

You also can use fast powers like pull or trow to make a distraction, then use the slow power(warp, submission net, etc)

Warp is not a power meant for lower level mooks in my opinion. Better served for the enemies that can't dodge, i.e. bosses.

Still, enemy dodging sucks, especially when playing Valkyrie and some Centurion dodges your point blank Death Ball by rolling forwards. Point blank. Forwards.

Warp is good, powers in this game mostly good in combos and not on its own. Enemies won't dodge if you use this odd curved thing in your hands before throwing. They may be staggered by it.

It should become hitscan at close range.

That's what I do, but I gave her the Harrier XDerp88 wrote...

That's what I do but with a Claymore X.
If the enemy decides to dodge a projective power they dodge it regardless of the evoloution. I've had Marauders dodge my Area Throw as a Fury.

I guess this Centurion did not know that. He was primed by AH, so it was close enough. It happened more than once, and not only with Centurions. Basically anything with shields left or armor may prefer to roll away instead of going boom.
Besides, every enemy has a dodge cooldown. If you didn't hit first time, you will hit second time... It may be good to lure out dodge by throwing Throw first and Warp second. You may introduce enemy face to your clip contents in the meantime.

This is true for me as well, and I have a connection with ~5-8ms latency and good up/down.Lord_Sirian wrote...

Try not hosting, then projectile powers become even more awesome.
Half the time the enemies dodge them.
When they don't dodge them, the power just goes straight through them.
It only works that way for australian guys. For the rest of the world they usually hit. Just like cloak usually cloaks
On topic, I'd support this only if you were forced to choose between the expose evolution and this.
Warp is already a godly power.
I think it's the same way for a lot of people off host.
Ask Jay.
Since the patch, the game is far less forgiving re: latency, and my powers fly through walls.
