If any of you knew what it took to get a simple service pack out for a software company, you might have a little patience. Obviously marketing was ahead of programming and testing. Or it could be some fine print on a contract, Or since the employees had worked for a year straight, the government forced them to take a week off. There are so many variables and I'm sure the higher-ups at BioWare will try to not make the mistake again and upset their fans. We all love the game which is why we take time to write on Forums. Some of your posts make it sound like they are taking an expansion pack out of your real life. For those that don't have a real life yet, try and find one soon that has meaning.
Bioware employees, I appreciate all you do and for giving us this great game. I am also excited about ME2. Just a final thought, maybe they took some team members of to the Mass Effect team to ensure it got out on time. Stranger things have happened.

Ever had a project at work that had a deadline? You do your best and have everything set to go...but at the last minute some small detail turns into a huge issue? I have. It's not fun. I'm sure that the folks at Bioware want RtO out the door and us off their backsides as much as we do...if not more.
Thanks for taking the time to have the content working properly before sending it out! Can you imagine the hailstorm of grief that would have followed a bugged issue of RtO???
