Compared to the days of NWN this is pathetic. Need to learn to stick with Bethesda and Blizzard who don't ditch a project at the one year mark.
I might be speaking a little soon but that leak is very hard to interpret any other way.

Are you kidding me? One year and pack the bags? After that garbage story, buggy MP, crap servers, dropping the prices, etc they're just gonna close shop and move on? The only thing this game had going was potential for lots of DLC.

Seriously, for a MP that was more an experiment than anything, I say it got pretty good support. I don't really see the potential for tons of DLC in SP, I think what they have done is good enough and quite frankly not much could really be added.

But if this teaser is for the singleplayer and they confirm that they WON'T be anymore DLC for the multiplayer ME3 will be traded in and sold immediately.
All these people complaining about the support being cut off before a year... HA.
High Moon Studios blew ALL of their DLC for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron in the first MONTH of release.

Really couldn't care less about singleplayer DLC considering every single one has been awful.

All we can hope is that it goes out with a bang, and there isn't a long, Elder-Scrolls-sized wait between the death of the game and indications of the future.

Then why the hell is it in the multiplayer discussion forum?
A Mod needs to move this topic then if that's the case.

It is the last DLC made by Bioware Edmonton. So it is single player DLC. Bioware Montreal is in charge of all things mass effect from now on and they were in charge of all the multiplayer dlc before that. While it may be the last Single player dlc. There will be at least one more multiplayer one.
This is actually false
BWE generated most of the MP DLC

Dude, why are you awake? And if most of the MP DLC was done by BWE does that mean DLC is really coming to an end

Nah, it is very sad that my guess was true and the work on ME3 is done... But I also accept it and hope you guys will be doing amazing work with next Mass Effect and it will be more epic than ME3 already was.
I'll just miss all the DLCs, variety and nice content... Regardless, we all love you. :3

If it is the last DLC, I hope it's for multiplayer, since that's what I play.

I'm not a programmer but I can guess that there is only so much they can do to improve the foundations of the game they made, it's going to take at least a year for ME4 to come to light but I'm hoping and confident at the same time that they'll be trying their hardest to implement as many of the things they've learned into the new game. As for Bethesda, their games still crash plenty no idea about Blizzard last I heard they had their fair share of issues too

No no no no noSorry if I get all soppy and teary-eyed, but surely I'm not the only person who feels ME3 MP is more than just the game? I have met such awesome people playing, bugs and all. I have gotten so attached to many of them, and to not be able to go shoot stuff on Goddess or Hydra or Reactor with them is going to suck
Yes I know we can still keep in contact, but it just won't be the same. I stress a lot. Someone tell me it's going to be okay? Surely Bioware won't just toss the lot of us in the bin? Wouldn't they have something bigger and better planned to keep us a happy? And no, I haven't read the whole thread, got too stressed and depressed after the 1st page or 2, plus I'm supposed to be at work and on deadline ... And I may have had too much coffee this morning...
There, there, now. You're going to be fine.
Stay cool.

So, not only does the Single Player DLC sound incredibly dull and uninteresting (The Citadel? Wow, how exotic. The only location that has been present in all three games. I mean, it's not like the Mass effect setting allows for exciting unknown destinations, or has places that have been teased at but are still mysterious.) but multiplayer is coming to an end, too?

Same here! Too many people want kits for Turian Females or Krogan Females, or even more Salarians. Why don't add them?
