My only problem with a post ending DLC would be who would your LI fight to get to you? Keepers?

I suppose some Cerberus remnants would work...but haven't we had enough of them already?

Rock on, BioWare--the work you do is peerless.  I'm enjoying the anticipation almost as much as I enjoyed the game itself.  Which means I'm going on a year with very, very little attention paid to other games and narratives...thanks for keeping this train rolling like you have.

Perhaps...butI think in order for that to work, he would have to get off the citadel, into a shuttle, go some place where the Normandy is at, can't reach them directly, fight through random enemies to get to them and finally reach them and conclude with a reunion scene.

While that seems fine, it kind of screws over anyone who didn't get a high EMS destroy.

At least if it is the Normandy Crew going to Shepard, they can find out his fate, and it would work for every ending. A DLC based on that however would face the same problem as the comment you previously quoted.

So an Idea for the DLC.

Cutscene...
The immediate aftermath of ME3 sees Shepard escaping into the Citadel (post destroy option) whereby he witnesses the destruction of the Reapers, barely alive, he makes his way to the surface of earth where he recieves medical treatement... fade out...

Six months later, Shep has recovered and humanity is rebuilding along with the Turians, etc... He has been looking for the Normandy and at last has found their location. Shep flys to the planet to find his crew and LI and discovers that the illusive man and the remnants of Cerberus have taken the prisoner on this planet.

Cue Shepard and embarking on a "storm the fort" mission to recover his crew and LI.

Mass Effect 3 - Remember Me [YouTube video]

Sometimes I just feel that I can’t deal with Mass Effect anymore. Too much sorrow, too much godawful pain. And then a video like this comes along and… it reminds you of the incredible journey we’ve made and how great it was. And I know… I just know that I’m coming back. That I’ll be always coming back.

All that I wanted was a DLC that delivered a finale to the trilogy that felt like this. It wouldn't have to be happy, but it could still be glorious. That's all I would ever want. And it saddens me deeply if BioWare lets this final chance pass by.

When I have my doubts I'm listening to Miracle of Sound, especially "Normandy". "Take it Back" and "Crucible" brings so much hope...
