If you said you like using it, thats an opinion. It used to mow bosses down pre-nerf, now it doesn't

As there isn't a clear definition of the specific meaning of "mowing down bosses", as in a set timeframe, it kinda is in this case. Now, I fully understand what you're saying and I hope you understand that I'm trying to remain neutral in this affair. Compared to other weapons the Typhoon take significantly longer time to kill a boss enemy, depending on which of course, but since the OP may have tried Platinum before with other weapons (mind you that he/she has over 10+ waves on Platinum, though supposedly illegitimate) which in return made it seem like the Typhoon was a godsend. 

Now, I don't have any history with this guy/girl or his/her other threads, so I do not know of his/her supposedly "own art", but judged solely on this thread I would not call him/her a troll but perhaps an inexperienced player with a touch of a tendency of perhaps twisting the truth a bit.

Edit: Read your post above, and it seems as if if I may have been wrong in trying to defend him/her. I apologize for wasting your time.

Like i said i don't jump on peeps for being newbs. I always try to help them out. I've posted vid links and builds for people etc etc. But when someone come sout and makes stupid lying threads i'm gonna call them out on it. All he's done is troll the forums from the 1st post thathe's made

guy is the psycho liar from the IRL thread. Anubis & Greg caught him out. He was claiming he owned a collection of US Army Jets & was friends with Katee Sackhoff (from BSG). It's total bollocks, was using stock photos's off the net for pics of his "collection". Not the first time he's done it either apparently, & claimed graphic art that was nabbed from the net too. Look back a few pages on IRL, some funny convos about it.

so anyone defending him wanna check out that thread as well and tell me he isn't a troll? its also the thread where he said he has been playing platinum since the demo, apparently he isn't even aware fo the fact that platinum wasn't added in till june with the earth DLC

OP, by the way, if you're reading this thread, don't you dare go around posing in a US Army uniform, wearing it so incredibly wrong that even the dumbest new-dick private would know you're full of ****, and claiming to have been an officer in the US military. It is absolutely the most disrespectful thing you could possibly do toward those of us who have actually served. You EARN the right to wear that uniform, you don't fake the funk.

All you say about it is "This is very, very old image of me in my uniform", which implies to the reader that it is a uniform that was issued to you. I highly encourage you to go back and edit that post if you meant otherwise.

For the record, those might be USAF wings, but that's an Army beret.

watch the video fenecuk posted. his typhoon taked down a shielded atlas in one clip. my typhoon with the smae mods and 1 clip would barely get the shield off. Again i never said ti wasn't a good gun. It is a good gun, but it doens't wipe out plaitnum bosses like it used to. i mean it doens't eevn wipe out gold bosses. My hurricane 4 wipes out bosses quicker then my typhoon X and thats sad

Uhm, you are aware that the Destroyer has been nerfed a few times since that vid was taken, right?

Uhm, you are aware that the Destroyer has been nerfed a few times since that vid was taken, right?

in his post he said it was post typhoon nerf. also the only destoroyer nerf was mag size, which is irrelevant to the amount of damage each bullet was putting out. and extra 20-30 rounds isn't gonna make my typhoon take down a full health sheilds atlas like his did.

I don't understand that at all. who takes hard cover in this game? its an UR. Its sad most URs aren't as good as some rares. The reegar, pirhanna, hurricane, and claymore are some of the best weapons in the game still and aren't UR

actualy BW said it does about 2 weeks ago. they said if your in cover any daame from in front of you is reduced by 40%

While in hard cover you get 40% DR

Well, it is pretty relevant for the amount of damage you can do with one mag, right?

Doesn't matter anyway, just checked the vid again, he doesn't seem to have taken all the mag size bonuses anyway. So yeah, other than double/triple hits being more common on PC (wild guess) I can't come up with an explanation why this doesn't seem to work for you.
