I'm having trouble finding Patter Gritch for the Irregulars.  Any idea where he is?  Quest text says Lothering...  Not helpful.

Wondering the same thing myself. I walked around holding tab in the village, the outskirts, the chantry and the tavern and couldn't locate Patter. Unless I missed something like he's hiding as a refugee and I have to pick him out, I don't see him.

I haven't found him either. My guess is that maybe I will need to deliver the letters in order. Maybe something will happen after the first delivery. But that guy is in another village.

He is in the Chantry near the locked cabinet by the door to the Revered Mother's room.
