Yes it does - it's not that the funds used for its creation dropped like celestial manna into their laps.

Well, it actually DOES counts as DLC, but my point is that we would have/could have/can have/will have a certain ammount of DLCs NOT counting EC, because if EC was never planned, they couldn't remove one DLC idea just because ME3 has those DLCs, Upcoming ones and EC.

There is a thread somewhere that linked to the twitter pages for all the Bioware ME3 devs, and they were all saying that they were done with ME3.

That's why people are saying no more DLCs.

Is this the last MP DLC? It's possible, but I even I couldn't tell you that.

They did say that they were going to take a break right before Christmas. I say give them a month of f. The main reason I'd guess player numbers are down is either from people maxing their manifests, people being sick of getting nothing but lvl 4 ammo from packs while hoping for URs, or weekend challenges being to easy and quick, not giving them incentives to play longer

What I'm thinking is, along with the release of SP DLC, they will add female turian, adjutant, and some additional weapons in MP through a patch. (If it's possible to add new character through just a patch)
