Skincolor not tinting with custom MMH

Hi
Dont know if anyone ran into this problem
If u create custom MMH's for Playermodels, the tint is not working for Skin. IE its just pale white.

The bottom part of the XML looks like
<NodeMesh Name="HF_BOO_NUD_BootsM1" BonesUsed="77 72 67 95 30 25 20 48" ID="_a" MeshGroupName="HF_BOO_NUD_BootsM1" MaterialObject="hf_arm_nuda" CastRuntimeShadow="1" CastBakedShadow="1" ReceiveBakedShadow="1" CutAway="0" PunchThrough="0" UseVariationTint="1">

Is there something i need to add to make it adjust color? Or perhaps take away or change? I have had no luck so far.

Not sure if you can do something with the Toolset as well? But i have my troubles with it.
