Yeah, the ending (except for blakes scene) was not good at all.

I think so too, OP. Good. Finally, some new ME material to discuss other than the ending. ;)

Have anyone seem that it's the EXACTLY OPPOSITE and Jennifer Hale was in fact complaining about Bioware not letting their writers put something good to come in the last DLC?

It's right there on her twitter, It's not for US players to trust on the writers. It's for "OTHER PEOPLE" start to trust their OWN writers... Not a hard message to get.

Interesting. Didnt stop to think about it that way,  ouch.

I think she has the right to be. I think out of all of us, she may have been attatched to Shepard the most. Everytime she speaks of her time as the Commander, it's full of passion for the role.

I dunno, I liked TDKR's ending. But then I'm your ordinary pleb, not critic material.

Correction.  It goes "End of line."  Let's hope it doesn't come to that.

I liked TDKR's ending probably as much as most of the movie, which is not very much. Image IPB

I thought it was a satisfying conclusion. But at the same time I thought the movie was mediocre overall. (By far, Christopher Nolan's worst movie to date). The ending(particularly the last scene) was a complete cop-out. TDK was imo the best super hero movie ever made, so the bar was indeed unreachable. Nonetheless, TDKR didn't come close. Bane was atrocious (which says a lot because Tom Hardy is a good actor). The movie really drags.

Heh, I wonder if Bioware finds it frustrating that no matter how many times they say that they are done with the ending, that there will be no post-ending DLC people still grasp at that sliver of hope that there still is chance for post-ending DLC Image IPB

I refuse to believe that.  It's not logical, nor is it profitable.  Plus, I try to be just a little bit optimistic.  If they were really "done" with the ending as well as post-ending stuff, there would nothing left to care about, in regards to Mass Effect.  And I would have no reason to remain on this board.

If it were a slight majority of even a somewhat significant majority, then you'd have a point. I'm sure that 90% weren't actually entirely dissatisfied by the ending (hence sample bias), but the MOE would have to be so outrageously high for it to mean that a majority weren't dissatisfied that it would be little more than asking 2-3 people and calling it a day.

That's my point.
The bias should favor the game if bias existed. If the majority of people like the ending, then as fans, they'd be here and would have voted en masse for the game. It's because this is the game's fansite which is made up of people that own the game. These are not just likely buyers of the game, these are owners of it. That means they are predisposed to like ME games and must have some reason for not liking it that would get them to say so. If the majority liked it, they'd be here too. It is the fact that that's an overwhelming majority that didn't like it.

I agree that the sampling here is not representative-it should be heavily biased towards liking the ending.
I actually disagree with this, because the BSN is BioWare's own site, it could be seen as skewed to the unhappy, because this is the best place to vent all their problems. But it's all just semantics really. If I'm not mistaken, the poll in question was Pre-EC, in which case it's invalid now anyway...

The DLC won't be ending related. The endings are finished. They suck. But they are done. Time to let go and just enjoy the ride, I guess. If not, move on to other games and other devs. I would love to see post ending DLC. A reunion for the destroyers or maybe something else. wink. wink.
But it's not going to happen. EAware has assumed control. And the ****s are executing their prime function. More hype for the hype train and MOAR. MOAR.... MONEY!!!! money, money. Money.

I'm gonna go eat some cereal.

The Tree of Disappointment has feel on the Hype train's train tracks.
It's only a matter of time before the Hype train hits the tree.
And the hate shall burn BSN once more.
And I'll be sitting there, with popcorn in hand.

If EA is this big corporation that's all about making money, you'd think they'd be the first to sieze this opportunity.

I'm getting on the hype train. There's no shame in grasping straws and being optimistic, because that's basically what the war against the Reapers is about: remaining optimistic in a war we can't win or win on our own terms. Even though a real victory seems impossible, giving in to pessimism and despair means we've already raised the surrender flag

Point where someone asks if she is talking about the fans.
You're ttrying to hard to twist it.

It's THERE:
"Not to players"
"True"

You just made up and inserted something never said to reverse the words of Jennifer. No, you can't twist Mazzy Fentan's words. She is disappointed the writers are gagged. PERIOD.

Patrick Weekes, a writer, supported her tweet about respecting writers?

Well done, Holmes! You've cracked the case! ;)

And the point of trusting writers is missed again... Keep the good work Watson.
