She is not saying the players should trust the writers, so maybe there has just been some argument regarding intonation/emphasis during a recording session...

I call it a conspiracy, she didn't realize how much hype she would generate by saying that so she's trying to calm everyone down by pretending it was about "the people in charge."

It's destination was express to the next dlc. But we've had a few roadblocks and delays, so I'm think the dlc is further away than expected. Therefore the Hype Train will be stopping all stations to the next dlc!

Do you guys remember last year when it was official that the EC dlc would be 1,2 Gb in size? Well I do... Countless possibilities started to surface, things that may have seemed plausible at that time would let my mind race to my idea the ending should be... But I still had my doubts, even some threads tried indoctrinating the readers with their quotes they got from twitter, every where there was... "here is a twit link I found".. and "another twit link buried over there i thought might be relevant"... Some even went as far as putting them in one page linking them together as if they all hint towards some God like math problem.... I remember asking these guys.. "What if the whole EC DLC is just mostly video??? "What if your just seeing what your want to see?!?!"

With most of them quoting me countless times saying "it wont take them BW a team of over 300+ designers 3 months just to make videos now would it???"

...Guess what??? It did...

Now here we are AGAIN almost a year later with some chick trying to keep people interested again over something vague found over Twitter and a video clip where two VA are just joking around making comments of how much they'll love to repraise their roles in an game that doesnt exist yet. As if it would be at all possible in an alt universe... Yep that settles it alright ME 4 is a retcon, thank you Youtube video....... /sarcasm

Stop looking into things that aren't there.. before you know it J. Hale will just twit something random like"Today I went to the shop, IT was amazing" and fans will also make ME 3 related.. All im saying it stop looking into to things that are ten to one irrelavent

Please tell me I am not the only left that still isnt in denial?

I admire your positive attitude, Jade, but the more excited you get, the harder it will be when you're disappointed. There once was a time when I believed in Bioware. That brings me to another subject, actually.

To those people saying "The fanbase is unpleasable. BSN does nothing but complain." you have clearly not been paying attention. This place prior to Dragon Age II and Mass Effect 3 was full of fanboys (I was one of them) and yes men. It's not the end of the world if we tell them the truth now.

I don't think the op is wrong. The next DLC probably will be good. Just like the EC was good. And that's the problem. When we luck out the best we usually get from the industry is good. If ME3 is to be salvaged then this next DLC needs to exceed the expectations of the hype train and I just don't see that happening, though Bioware has done it before, granted with full games not DLC

That's where you're wrong, I lose nothing by being this optimistic and hopeful! Because I've had 7-10 months to prepare myself for the worst. And for a majority of this time I had become a more cynical and negative person than I'd ever been before. But it's in the precipice that we find ourselves and who we really are, and I'm an optimist.

If the hype train crashes headfirst into the next dlc and all occupants are killed. Then my Mass Effect soul will be as dead as Shepard, so I can simply just walk away.

But there's still that chance that the hype train could arrive safely, and that the destination could be filled with platinum-worthy content. So I'll stay on board

Can we please stop spamming images, (the user who uploaded that train will probably get a temp ban), as for this image, there is a fault with it. The game had already been released and expectations *were* set to high, but I'm still alive. And so are many other fans.

And I did learn my lesson from it, my expectations aren't high, my hope and enthusiasm is.

After EC, I'm okay with them. It's still very poor writing, yet aside from the citadel scenes, they don't bother me anymore. Not bad, certainly not amazing, just okay and tolerable.

I suppose I can give them another chance and ride behind the hype train in the Mako, after all, I am a Jen Hale fan and have been since KotOR and Totally Spies. But I am not likely to read too much into it because I do not want to get disappointed because I built it up too much like with the release of ME3.

I am still upset that I did not get to see Krogan riding the kakliosaurs that were cloned for them so they could have support on toxic worlds.
