i dont get it... at the end of the day you want to make money, so why dont you do something there obviously is a market for... its not like it would hurt you in any way. bethesda had no problems with that after a much smaller fan outcry, so its not like its forbidden or anything...

It's more about trusting the writers honestly, though that's pretty simple considering the quality with other DLCs like Leviathan. This thread is all just speculations about the next DLC, that's all.

However, I'm not sure if you're angry at the thread or just plain amused with it.

Oh, and just in case anyone has wondered what the two things are that would get me excited: (1) A revised path to Synthesis and (2) More Miranda. I'm fairly certain I won't get any of those. So I'll watch the hype train take off and follow at a more sedate pace. Less risk of a crash

It seems he's trying to really make us remember that it's the "end of the endings", doesn't it? Hmm...

Also, "price if any" meaning it might be free. The only SP DLC they'd make free is something we've asked for like an Assets Cinematics DLC or an ending DLC.

I don't mean to spoil it for you... but the dlc-s for MP are considered as dlc-s as well and they are for free. And according to OneTrueShot we're about to get another of those too (Reckoning). So don't fall into the wrong conclusions.

Even if "evil" Chris Priestly is sitting in the traffic control room trying to change the tracks this train needs to ride.

The way I see it, is if I keep chugging along and hit on of these rails that has no tracking, then I will crash and burn. But if I stop the train now, then Eterna will eat me.

Someone did tweet about fans wanting a teaser and that they would see what they can do. You can't blame your fans for hyping up after this one, and certainly can't say "we didn't do it", you did do it.

You know how unnaturally "attached" and passionate your fans are, either remind this fact to your people who tweet about work, or do not blame your fans for being hyped up after being promised something they have been eagerly waiting for, you are toying with them. Simple as that.

Since Jack and most of the ME2 squad isnt in the game if you don't import a ME2 character, it is very unlikely they will build any DLC around them.
You really should lower your expectations to the war assets and cool item for your cabin level.

It's simple: they've already lost that market you mentioned, with the EC they've minimized their losses and they are already OK with it. If they change it now, there will be another ragestorm as players realize they've used an incomplete product for almost a year. If they don't change anything, on the other hand, they will lose nothing except already disappointed ex-fans who don't give a single flying f***.

PS To clarify, I'm in that disappointed minority, I don't care about what EAware has in store (I don't think I even remember my Origin account name/pass), and I do not trust them. I'll just sit tight and wait until Koobismo finishes the story properly.

It's hard not to get my hopes up.

There are many little things that point to this being post-ending, but it's just as likely that it's little more than wishful thinking.

No matter how hard I try, I'm sure I'll be disappointed if this turns out not to be post-ending or related to the ending in some meaningful way. Hopefully ME4 answers some questions, I suppose that's all I'll have to hope for :-(
