Depends very heavily on how I'm playing.  For the very aggressive and epic moments:

0^2's battle theme from Kirby 64:  The Crystal Shards.

Feed Me - Silicone Lube.

For the silly moments:

Jackass - Party Boy Theme.

Jean Tonique - Dynomite Strikes Back.

Generally speaking though, I don't listen to music when I play ME3's MP.  I do sometimes though.  This isn't all the music I listen to when playing ME3, though.  Wide variety of things, but these are four of the songs which worked particularly well.  These songs go great with Dark Souls too.

This is a good one to play on Hazard Ghost, Hazard Giant or Reactor. Scary things go bump in the night.. I like how this tune builds up the atmosphere and tension. Especially playing Reapers or Collectors.

most of the time either a mix of black, sludge/stoner, or thrash metal, or slower doom metal when playing a sniper.

occasionally a new wave medley - Cure, Church, Wall of Voodoo, Pixies, etc. Always found it amusing when something like The Smiths' "Sing Me To Sleep" comes on while blowing stuff up.

Django Reinhardt is also good times.
